Procesos Ambientales and it employees are helping "Hogar Madre de Dios", a private shelter for 70 homeless people located near Padre Hurtado, a neighborhood located in West Santiago de Chile.​

The shelter has a solar water heat system, which is not operating, due piping, electrical and control failure. Currently, the complete overhaul is being carried out at the system.
